目前,綠色設計理(li)念已廣(guang)泛應(ying)用于建(jian)(jian)筑設計領域(yu),在(zai)未來(lai)的建(jian)(jian)筑設計中,會(hui)有(you)更多(duo)的綠色設計理(li)念。同(tong)時我(wo)們必須(xu)認(ren)識到,目(mu)前(qian)我(wo)國(guo)社會(hui)經濟處(chu)于高(gao)速發展時期,建(jian)(jian)筑業面臨著巨大的挑戰,設計人(ren)員必須(xu)加強綠色設計理(li)念的運用和研(yan)究,給人(ren)們帶(dai)來(lai)更好的生活(huo)體驗。

建筑節能技術與綠色設計策略

1、建筑選址與環境適應性

3、優化建筑物布局設計

1)為(wei)使建筑(zhu)內部各功能區域的功能最大(da)化,使資源得到最大(da)化利用,并(bing)減(jian)少照(zhao)明設(she)備及(ji)空調設(she)備的使用,必須作(zuo)合理(li)的規劃;

2)在全面分析(xi)周(zhou)圍(wei)(wei)地理環(huan)境特點(dian)的(de)(de)基礎上,制定出一套科學、合理的(de)(de)規劃方(fang)案,使周(zhou)圍(wei)(wei)資源(yuan)得到最(zui)大利用(yong),效益(yi)最(zui)大化;

3)根據實際的(de)風向(xiang)、氣候特點,確定建(jian)筑物(wu)的(de)朝向(xiang)、室內布局(ju),使建(jian)筑物(wu)的(de)采光、通風達到最優(you)狀態,并使太(tai)陽能等新能源得到最大程度的(de)利用。

4)通過對建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)周邊空間進行(xing)科(ke)學規(gui)劃,充分(fen)利用(yong)周邊植被,減(jian)少建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)所(suo)受的(de)熱負荷,并使(shi)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)間的(de)間距保持(chi)在合理(li)范(fan)圍(wei)內,增加(jia)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)內照明(ming)面積。

4、應用照明節能技術

在(zai)建(jian)筑運行(xing)過程(cheng)中(zhong),照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)系(xi)統(tong)所產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗(hao)較高,占(zhan)據(ju)建(jian)筑能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗(hao)很大(da)(da)比(bi)重,主要消耗(hao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)電(dian)力能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan),所以(yi)在(zai)節能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)設計過程(cheng)中(zhong),需(xu)要做好對(dui)(dui)照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)優(you)化。首先,在(zai)燈(deng)具選擇(ze)方(fang)面(mian),可(ke)以(yi)選擇(ze)一(yi)些能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗(hao)水(shui)平較低(di)、照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)效(xiao)率較高的(de)(de)(de)燈(deng)具,比(bi)如LED燈(deng)具,相比(bi)于(yu)傳統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)燈(deng)具而言,能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)夠(gou)節省電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)約50%以(yi)上(shang),使得電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)消耗(hao)水(shui)平大(da)(da)幅度降(jiang)低(di),可(ke)以(yi)將(jiang)其應(ying)(ying)用在(zai)建(jian)筑室(shi)內、公共空間(jian)等照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)中(zhong),是照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)系(xi)統(tong)節能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)設計的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)鍵所在(zai)。其次,針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)建(jian)筑戶外的(de)(de)(de)公共照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)系(xi)統(tong),比(bi)如路燈(deng)等,需(xu)要加強新能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)技術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)用,構(gou)建(jian)太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)發(fa)電(dian)系(xi)統(tong),在(zai)燈(deng)具中(zhong)安裝(zhuang)太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)板,通過吸收太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式進(jin)行(xing)照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming),從而能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)夠(gou)減少(shao)對(dui)(dui)常規電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)消耗(hao),太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)可(ke)再生(sheng)清潔能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan),通過對(dui)(dui)其充分利用,能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)夠(gou)優(you)化建(jian)筑能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)消耗(hao)結構(gou),將(jiang)太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)節能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)作用充分發(fa)揮。最后,在(zai)照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)燈(deng)具的(de)(de)(de)控制(zhi)方(fang)面(mian),為(wei)(wei)(wei)了避免公共空間(jian)、室(shi)內的(de)(de)(de)燈(deng)具處(chu)于(yu)常亮狀態(tai),可(ke)以(yi)加強聲(sheng)控技術(shu)、光控技術(shu)以(yi)及遠程(cheng)控制(zhi)技術(shu)等,按照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)實際(ji)需(xu)求(qiu)開(kai)啟與關(guan)閉燈(deng)具,并根據(ju)環境亮度,自動(dong)調(diao)節照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)亮度,避免燈(deng)具長期處(chu)于(yu)最大(da)(da)功(gong)率的(de)(de)(de)運行(xing)狀態(tai),以(yi)滿足當前(qian)實際(ji)需(xu)求(qiu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)基礎,從而能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)夠(gou)有(you)效(xiao)降(jiang)低(di)照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)系(xi)統(tong)運行(xing)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗(hao),能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)夠(gou)降(jiang)低(di)建(jian)筑照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)系(xi)統(tong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗(hao)約30%—40%,具有(you)良好的(de)(de)(de)節能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)效(xiao)果。
